Why do I use TicTacToe?

- to activate the participants
- for teambuilding
- for variety and fun
How do I use TicTacToe?
- For preparation, draft nine terms and nine transfer-questions three times. Feel free to use one of these options for automatic generation:
In the session
- Divide into teams of 2-4 persons and let 3 teams play against each other.
- One team is the jury and gets the first cards of set for the first round.
- Draw a field of 3x3 boxes (Tic-Tac-Toe-Field). One team can choose cross/blue and the other team chooses circle/red.
- The jury decides which team can start. The beginner team chooses one field and has to define the corresponding term.
- The second team can choose another field or try to steal the field of the beginner team.
- Each team takes turns and whoever can connect three fields wins.
- Fields can only be chose once.
- The teams may switch roles until every team was once the jury team.
Alternatives & tips:
- Tip: the terms can be already written into the Tic-Tac-Toe-Field.
- Tip: to achieve more balance you can always let the team with circle/red start.
- Alternative: to get rid of the jury team you may print first and second level cards and the team check themselves (fairplay wanted)
